Business Analysis
In order to ensure the correct solution is
implemented all projects start with a Business
Analysis Mission which will often be part of the
clients internal business case for the project to
identify the costs and ROI that will be delivered by
the DTP systems solution.
This initially takes the form of a structured
review of the current processes and then maps them to
the desired process and outputs. We then develop and
document the architecture for the desired solution and
agree this with our client.
Implementation
Implementation services cover all aspects of our
technology imbedding and depending on the solution
will also involve developing and formalising
arrangements with third party print and distribution
service providers.
The majority of our solutions are hosted on our own
servers so implementation can take place in a short
period and will have very little impact on the clients
IT resources, so reducing the cost of the solution and
enhancing the ROI case.
Distribution and Print consulting & sourcing
As an organisation DTP systems has a huge amount of
experience in the physical distribution of documents
and is able to offer unbiased advice and assistance in
developing the best possible and most cost effective
production and distribution solution to match your
requirements.
This can take the form of the management
procurement and distribution for a specific ad hoc
project, or purely reviewing existing arrangements for
transactional and regular applications, and working
with your team and suppliers to reduce cost and
enhance performance.
